Opening this Recumbent Bike and Trike shop is a lifetime dream that has come true, thanks to family support, determination and lots of hard work. If you want to change your way of life, get in shape, and have just as much fun as you did as a kid, just come take a test ride. See for yourself that riding a Recumbent doesn't just change your outlook but it also improves your state of mind.

As a kid, we all have ridden thousands of miles on our 2-wheeled bikes. And as adults a lot of us have continued to ride 2-wheeled or "wedgies" as they have become to be known in the trike world. But as we get older, many, if not the majority of adults stop riding bikes for several reasons, but the majority of the reasons are of a physical nature. 

Back issues, neck issues, knees, hips, balance issues, etc., plus military injuries. But now all of those reasons can be taken away from why we cannot ride again. Recumbent Bicycles of Tennessee was started because we wanted to enable as many adults as possible to be able to get out and ride like they did before, as a kid when they were growing up. 

We carry 2-Wheeled Recumbents, 3-Wheeled Recumbents, 3-Wheeled recumbent trikes, 3-wheeled adult trikes and even a 3-wheeled Hand-Crank-Only recumbent trike for those folks that are without use of their legs. In January of 2017, we added Day 6 Bicycles, our first manufacturer of upright 2-wheelers.
